FINANCIAL SUMMARY 2024/205*
In 2024–25, Wen’s total income was £1,229,044, primarily from charitable grants, partnerships, and individual donations. We spent £1,141,689, with over 80% directed towards programmes and campaigns working on environmental, gender and racial justice.
This included funding grassroots initiatives, supporting feminist climate leadership, and influencing local and national policy. £73,008, (6%) of income was invested in strengthening our team and systems to ensure long-term impact.
We maintain responsible reserves to secure the charity’s future and continue championing systemic change. To this end our free reserves at 31 March 2025 stood at £185,394 equivalent to 2 months total expenditure.
