| There
are many ways you can get involved in the Real Nappy Week 2008
Plan
your own activities/displays/launches etc. These can be as simple
or as elaborate as you want. 'Nappuccino' sessions are fun and
easy to plan and were popular in 2007; and the more ambitious
nappy roadshows and fashion shows brought nappy displays and styles
to many communities. To assist you we have provided details of
how to go about running various events. Just click on the links
below to access a word document to download.

Team up with other interested individuals and organisations
in your area; publicise real nappy businesses and local nappy
networks. Launch a permanent display, a new partnership or promotional
scheme, or organise a fun attention-grabbing publicity stunt.
Many hospitals have displays during Real Nappy Week and
publicise them locally. Mums giving birth during the Week can
be given real nappy trial kits or win a month's free use of a
nappy service. This is the ideal time to launch an on-ward real
nappy policy, introduce real nappy demonstrations into antenatal
classes or include information in booking-in forms. Parents will
greatly appreciate the opportunity to make an informed choice.
