| We
are delighted to announce the winners of the Real Nappy Week 2006
Campaign Awards. Sponsored by WRAP (the Waste & Resources
Action Programme), these awards recognise, reward and publicise
the best campaigns while gathering data on the effectiveness of
the overall national campaign.
Nearly 600
events took place across the UK and as far afield as Hong Kong,
Australia and New Zealand.
Event organisers
were invited to enter their campaigns for the awards. Entries
were judged on:
- The geographic and demographic reach of their campaign
- How much media coverage they generated
- How innovative they were
- Whether they developed partnerships and ongoing work
- Take up of real nappies/enquiries generated
- The number of people informed about Real Nappy Week

from WEN. With support from local agencies and partners we were
