How it worked Cash back to offset start-up costs at Nea – around £60 -    1 month laundry in advance -    Wraps and liners (bought) -    40 – 50 hired prefolds per week and bin for storage (hired) Cash back offered as: -    one off payment due to Nea targeted client base -    immediately discounted by Nea (£25 payment by parent) -    Claimed in arrears by Nea from NLWA on a monthly basis Admin
